Your monthly plan covers the Friendly Rental Software platform (site, bookings, inventory, control panel, and the features listed above). Customer charges run through your own Stripe account when you enable payments—we do not tack on a separate “platform percentage” on top of Stripe’s standard processing fees. If your trial or signup flow asks for a card, that is only for subscription billing after the trial—not a hidden rental processing markup.
