Platform terms overview

A high-level summary of the main platform rules, billing expectations, data responsibilities, and business-risk boundaries.

Use of the platform

  • The software is provided “as-is” for managing bookings, inventory, and customer data for rental businesses.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your own pricing, policies, and content on your tenant website.
  • You agree to use the platform in compliance with local laws around payments, taxes, and data protection.
  • You remain responsible for your drivers, staff, safety procedures, waivers, contracts, and customer disputes.

Billing & cancellation

  • Subscription billing details (pricing, renewal, free trial, cancellation) are in our Terms.
  • If you stop using the platform, export and securely store any data you need for your records.
  • Refunds or disputes with end-customers are handled directly by you and your payment processor.
  • Failed subscription payments can lead to feature restrictions, suspension, or account termination.
