Do you deliver and set up?
Yes. We deliver, set up, and pick up. Our crew handles everything so you can enjoy your event.
What areas do you serve?
We deliver throughout your area and surrounding areas. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability and delivery fees.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks ahead for weekends and holidays. Popular dates fill up fast.
What happens if it rains?
We monitor weather. If conditions are unsafe, we may reschedule your rental. Our weather policy is on the Policies page.
Is equipment cleaned?
Yes. Every item is cleaned and inspected between rentals so it arrives ready for your event.
Is a deposit required?
A deposit reserves your date. The remainder is due at delivery. See our Policies page for details.
How is the delivery fee calculated?
Delivery fees are based on distance from our warehouse. Enter your address at checkout for an exact quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and debit cards. A deposit is required to reserve; the balance is due at delivery.
